How do WASP Bags seal?
By creating an airtight seal, WASP Bags remain completely water and sand proof. There's a short video on the Sealing Your WASP Bag page that shows how to seal your WASP Bag correctly.
Are they really waterproof?
Yes! To test this, I've taken a Baby WASP swimming in the ocean, and in a pool. All the stuff in it remained completely dry (if you're going to do this too, please make sure you get all the air out of it and seal it nice and tight). If you’re going to take it on a kayak or something, seal your WASP Bag without expelling the air. That way, if your WASP Bag goes overboard, it will float and your stuff will stay dry. Happy times.
What makes WASP Bags waterproof?

What sort of things can I use WASP Bags for?
It’s a long list, how much time have you got?? This is only limited by your imagination. Some of the things WASP waterproof dry bags are more commonly used for include going to the beach or pool (obviously), the snow, fishing, bike riding, kayaking and rowing, boating and anything else where you are outside and need to carry stuff.

I have a discount code, how do I use it?
There is a place to enter discount codes on the third page in the checkout process. Once you hit the 'Checkout' button in the cart, you will be taken to a PayPal page, enter your details here and hit the 'Review Payment' button. On the next page, review your details and hit the 'Continue' button. You will then go to the third page and final page in the checkout process which is where you enter your discount code. There are some more, super detailed instructions on how to redeem your voucher over here if you need them.
Can you send to PO Boxes, or any address different from my home address?
Yes. Once you have gone to the first PayPal page in the checkout, you will need to enter your 'Billing Address' - this is basically the address your credit card is linked to. Enter your details on this page and hit the 'Review Payment' button. On the next page, you can change the 'Send To' details. Here you can enter a PO Box, or any other address that you would like your order sent to.
How much does postage cost?
WASP Bags are all about value. So the postage costs are the set prices charged by Australia Post. Unlike some online stores, I have not added any additional "handling" costs or anything. For an order of a single Baby or King WASP, postage costs $6.60 for standard post, $9.20 for express. The WASP Bag Combo, or multiple WASP Bag orders, will cost $11.20 for standard post, $12.55 for express.
I've placed an order. How long until I receive my WASP Bag?
All orders are sent from Melbourne the business day after your order is placed.So, if you're in Victoria, NSW, ACT, South Australia or Queensland standard post should reach you by the third business day after you placed your order. If you live in Perth, standard post should reach you by the fifth business day. Express post will be the next business day if you live in a metropolitan area, and up to five business days for regional areas.
What payment methods can I use in the secure online store?
Payment processing is done securely through PayPal, so Visa, MasterCard and through your PayPal account are all accepted.
I don’t live in Australia, can WASP Bags be shipped to me?
WASP Bags is set up to ship to New Zealand, the UK and USA. If you are ordering from either of these countries you should be able to do so without any issues. If you live outside of Australia, New Zealand, UK and USA, or are having problems placing an overseas order, send me an email at chris@waspbags.com.au and we’ll work it out.
