Voucher Redemption Process

Thanks for shopping at WASP Bags! If you have a discount or voucher code, this page provides detailed instructions on how to redeem.

Step 1

Once you've selected the WASP Bag or WASP Bags you'd like to order, hit the 'Cart' button in the top right hand corner of each page - labelled 1 in this picture. You're now in the WASP Bag Shopping Cart, check that your order is shown correctly. Then hit the 'Checkout' button (labelled 2) and this will take you to the secure PayPal payment system.

Step 2

You're now in the secure PayPal payment portal. If you are paying by credit card you will need to enter your credit card and address details (the address must match that of your credit card). Alternatively you can log into your PayPal account which will set the shipping address to that associated with your PayPal account (this can be changed on the next page). Hit the 'Review and Continue' button to check your details and change the shipping address if you want to send the order to a different address. Once all's ok, hit 'Continue'. Note that payment has not been made at this stage.

Step 3

Now you will arrive on the order confirmation and payment page. This is where you will enter your discount or voucher code. Enter it in the Discounts field (labelled number 1 in this image). Please type the code in and press apply. If you copy it the code from somewhere else it may not work. This will update the order total in the top right corner (labelled number 2). Then, select the postage type you would like, standard or express. Hit the 'Complete my purchase' button to confirm the order and make the payment.

Step 4

That's it, you're all done. You will now receive an email from WASP Bags with the details of your order and another from PayPal with the details of the payment. Your order will be sent in the next business day's post and you should receive it within 5 working days after you submit your order, quicker if you went with express post.
